1. It'll only plummet even further
now that the folks who saw F911 seen the truth.

3. Not just them. It'll remind everyone that Saddam didn't have
WMD's and lots of people got killed and maimed for nothing.

I like it.

2. I don't think it'll make much difference
getting rid of Saddam has only opened a new can of worms in Iraq.

4. you can now see how they "plan the events" to cover other like F911
and how NATO told bushco - we'll help with training soldiers "that's it" .... he is still stuck with Iraq. Nice going bush -- liar.

5. So that's when his "time" is scheduled to be up. There's no way
bush*co can afford for him to testify. Especially if he were to call ghwbush* and rumfilled as witnesses!

BAGHDAD - Iraq's special tribunal named Tuesday the 11 former officials to be transferred to Iraqi custody with Saddam Hussein Wednesday, including Ali Hassan al-Majid, blamed for the gassing of Kurds in 1988, former deputy prime minister Tareq Aziz and ex-vice president Taha Yassin Ramadan.

The group of 11 also includes Saddam's presidential secretary Abed Hamid Mahmoud, and the jailed dictator's two half-brothers Watban Ibrahim Hassan al-Tikriti and Barzan Ibrahim Hassan al-Tikriti.

High ranking former Baath party members Mohammed Hamza al-Zubaidi, who sat on the the ruling Revolutionary Command Council, and Aziz Saleh al-Numan, Baath leader for western Baghdad, will be handed over to the Iraqi authorities.

11. That'd be hilarious if they did that...
I mean, it'd be hilarious that the authorities would actually DO it- and the media would film it.

I have a weird sense of humor.

8. Who will play Ruby to Saddam's Oswald?
There is no way Bu$hco is going to let Saddam go to trial. Saddam knows way too much to be allowed to sing his song in a court of law.

10. What other 'news' will be quashed by this media event?
These people time such media events in a very Machiavellian fashion. Is the Plame Grand Jury going to issue indictments? (I gotta wonder.)

12. Leslie "Wolf" Blitzer said CNN will bring it to you LIVE!
Thanks to CNN, you won't miss one bit of the stunning Saddam frog-march!

He'll be frog-marched out of US custody, handed to Allawi, who will probably lead him on a leash to some kangaroo court that God-knows-who set up. Then, they'll frog-march him right back into US custody!

It'll probably suck up at least two hours of Laci Peterson Trial Coverage. Oh, and that Plame thingie, too... }(

13. The US attacked and then invaded Iraq killing thousands of Iraqis.
so Saddam is the mad man who is going to be tried for crimes against the Iraqi people? The Iraqis should be able to take of Saddam on their own and the US should get no glory for it at all. It didn't have to be this way. So many of our young men and women dead and maimed for something that could have been accomplished another way. It's just damn disgusting!!
