Poll question: How many days of vacation will Bush take in August?
Overall "modest" vacationing by el Busho.

Usually he takes a whole lot of August off right while the world is teetering on the brink of disaster, but this is a campaign year, so how many days?

PS~ Isn't it grand how much time he, or your average Plutocrat, gets off each year? Stop bitching and live vicariously through their charmed lives:-)

1. It's a semi-serious question.
Really.

2. None
Rove should have the "Curious George Debates Kerry" book by the end of July and Dimbo will have to study it for 3 months.

3. 38!
That's easy. Thirty-eight days. He'll sign an executive order extending august in order to accomodate his vacation.

"My fellow Americans. The month of August has finally been granted full soverignty, and can now expand in might and stature until it DOMINATES the calendar."

Now watch my drive.

7. Does it really matter if
he's in the White House, Crawford, Camp David or anywhere else? Wherever he is, we're in deep shit. The only place I'd really like to see him is far, far away from the reins of power.

8. Well it depends on if you count the weekend days on vacation...
...as actual vacation time, and also if you count the hours he has spent taking his morning naps instead of working, and it also depends on if you actually think that him going to Camp David and spending a month getting drunk and sleeping is a vacation also.

Like usual, he will criss-crossing the nation to do presidential business in various states. Florida, Ohio, Missouri, Pennsylvania, etc., need to have their hardworking president fly in and talk about their problems. August will be nothing but the people's business. :eyes:

Rove isn't stupid enough to try to get away with another month-long vacation in an election year. Maybe someone can ask Bush why he did it every other year but not this one.
