The first thing Bremer did was eliminate the Death Penalty.
The administration sells oil and uses the profits to build infrastructure like schools, hospitals and libraries.
Everyone in Iraq has access to education and healthcare.
An international military force will be used to ensure that every Iraqi who wants to vote can vote and that their vote is counted.

Uh, if they did that shit here I would vote for them.

The Iraq you're describing is more what they claim to be doing than what they're really doing.
In reality, Halliburton is paying drivers to driver empty trucks in circles and making off with the profits from billing the US taxpayers for that.
