8. It's worse than that. They use terror itself.
Assassination. Anthrax. Mass murder.

It's all "just politics."

9. Question is -- do people still give a rip about these?
I'm not convinced that most people out here in the public give two hoots about these terror warnings anymore. They never result in anything, but just fade out of the news cycle after a while.

Anybody remember any exploding coolers over the July 4th holiday? Yeah, me neither.

12. Everything this Administration does is for purely political reasons:
nothing is done because it's what's best for this nation, this Republic, we the people, the right (correct) thing to do. Valid contradictions to these assessments are welcome.

13. Wagging a 100,000,000 vote dog with a 5,000 person risk tail.
And that's a huge overstatement of the size of the risk ... a risk dwarfed by the number of lives distroyed by this regime.

"Pure"? Well, it's more than Ivory Soap. Yup.

14. Ya think?!
Be afraid...be very afraid! When I was a little girl the Soviets were the BIG THREAT. Every night I would go to bed, terrified the United States would be bombed out of existance. It was crap then and it's crap now.

17. Voted Combination
I think it's about on par as those Iraq intelligence announcements.

There is always terrorist whisperings going on, targeting Americ/ka is toggled a lot so there is always a whispering to announce on.

Therefore there might be some reason to suspect that there will be another attack... especially if Bush can orchestrated it for the right time.
