MSNBC - The cookie presidential poll - "Teresa is SPICY..." |
|
Edited on Thu Jul-08-04 10:11 AM by LittleApple81
Even split between the floor (Laura)-- chocolate cookies-- and control room (Teresa) -- pumpkin spice. "Teresa is very spicy"... one of the comments by the anchor.

3. This all started out because Hillary Clinton wasn't a "stay-at-home Mommy" |
|
and Barbara Bush was a "Gramma" type.
So the Repigs decided to start a "chocolate chip cookie bake-off", knowing that HC had a career. So much for supporting working women.
Bill Clinton wins the election in 92.
In 96, the "bake-off" issue comes up again. This time, Elizabeth Dole gets the free ride because "she didn't have kids" (WTF??? A Repuke woman without a litter?). Very little emphasis placed on it, unlike the 92 election.
Bill Clinton wins re-election in 96.
In 2000, again twisting the rules to suit their needs, Laura Bush claims "I don't have a chocolate-chip cookie recipe - I do ginger snaps!". Tipper Gore did her cookie recipe.
Al Gore wins the 2000 election in all ways except the Supreme Court.
Hmm, Laura now has a chocolate-chip cookie recipe? Interesting, yet another lie. Are they jumping down Teresa's neck for not having a "chocolate-chip cookie recipe"?
In other words, BIG FUCKING DEAL!
COME OUT AND ADMIT THAT YOU CAN'T HANDLE HAVING A WOMAN WHO HAS A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AND IS ABLE TO FACE YOU DOWN!
