Why would terrorist attack before November? |

The only reason I can come up with is to keep Bush in office. Bush has created more recruits and financial backing with his war in Iraq then they could have dreamed of. The terrorist are getting exactly what they want, the USA is divided, the world opinion is negative towards the U.S., and the muslim fanatics are growing in numbers.. I can only come to the conclusion that the terrorist know that us stubborn Americans have a tendency to back the president in a time of war, and if they attack, Bush's ability to stay in office greatly increases.

and the Arab extremists do not want bush in the white house again...

He is the perfect guy to have in the White House for a terrorist.. John Kerry would be a rude awakening for these terrorist, so I can only see one benefit to an attack, and that is to put Bush back in the White House..
