in Europe it has come to the attention of Norway, Germany and France, but not in oh-so-progressive Holland (aka the Netherlands).
Coincidence of course, since there's no such thing as supervision of the formation of public opinion by those who are in postitions to do so and benefit from it. If there would be such supervision, then that would mean there's a conspiracy of some sort. And people just aren't so evil as to engage in conspiracy. We all know that don't we?
