Bush is stuck with Cheney
The KKKhristian Right will never allow 'naygger' moderate Collin Powell to join the ticket.

The KKKhristian Right will never allow pro-choice, pro-gay, adulterer Giuliani to join the ticket.

The KKKhristian Right will never allow wimpy turn-coat McCain to join the ticket.

Furthermore, you people forget that Cheney is the one making the decisions and he's not about to step down. He's in deep sh*t as it is and will be indicted for several crimes and these indictments will come faster if he steps down. (Is the presidential pardon good for ALL crimes?)

1. not sure but I think
it covers most domestic offenses. However it wouldn't cover what the French are charging him with. I don't think we have mutual extradition rules with France though. Oh and by the way, war profiteering is now perfectly legal.

Yippee

3. newMSNBC article about Cheney explains his new SEC bribe scandal
involving Halliburton bribes when he was in charge that hasn't been getting much if any mainstream coverage before now. I am surprised the article didn't mention that the Senate report yesterday on top of the 911 commission report confirms that Cheney lied about Iraq/Al Queda links.

Either way Bush loses with Cheney as an albatross around his neck

4. It seems to be smart to take others money. No sin there but--------
sex is real sin. What we need to learn is how to steal money from old people in the Saving and Loans. Put on a $3000 suit and silk tie and you can join any club in the country as a sport. Interesting

2. We should all call
for his resignation. Then they'll keep him to spite us.
Ahh this is too easy!

5. Cheney is bushcos consiglieri
He knows way too much. Out of office he would be in a great deal of trouble. He may end up in prison. This would be a safe place for him from the Bush perspective if he is too much of a liability.

One manifestation of the bush cabals power is that he is still there. He has beaten off huge scandals with the judiciary in his pocket. Their control of the government is virtually absolute.

7. It's a possibility that's why locking him up
...for a long time under conditions such as those experienced by Noriega is one option.
