suggestion on the ketchup "W"ar |
|
just my 2-cents on how Kerry should respond
if asked about it, he should just shrug and say "well, it all sounds very childish to me when there are more important issues at hand to discuss -- all in all I don't think it's an appropriate role for this administration to dictate which brand Americans should use, the American people are smart enough to decide that for themselves."

1. Heinz has the best ketchup anyway |
|
And when in Pitt, you always know when the Heinz plant is nearby. mmm...the aroma of cooking ketchup
Yeah, Kerry really needs to point out how immature the other side is.

2. Heinz; IE the late senator Heinz |
|
Edited on Sat Jul-10-04 08:14 AM by billybob537
was a republican, he also set up a philanthropic organization. Which Teresa Heinz Kerry now oversees. Any attack on the Ketchup giant will adversely affect the charity which still bears the name of the late senator.
edit; but I don't expect Freepers to care what they ruin in their misguided, misaimed attacks.

7. Do You Ask What Catsup's On Your Burger? Sheesh! |
|
Yep, I could see that Freeper...rambling home in his '88 Dodge Truck after a night of beer, bowling and Clenis hating...attempting to hide the beer-breath from both the cops and his wife/mother/cage-mate by pulling into the nearby Wendy's and grabbing a burger. But wait! Think they're gonna find out from the flunkie (ooops, newly created boom economy job) what make the catsup is on the burger?
Coke or Pepsi? No problem. I still boycott Pepsi from the Nixon days (talk about holding a grudge)...and you order that by name. Or it's Lowe's over Home Despot and Kohl's over WingNutMart...those are places you have to go. But who checks the stuff in your burger?
Of course the fact Heinz is a very Repugnican family and contributes lots of money to the party means zero to these morons...yep...gather that circular firing squad once again.
