I say yes. this will backfire on the Repukes. DeLay may be evil, but he was smart enough to know bringing this up for a vote would be a mistake since it'll go down in flames and make * and the Repukes look like fools. Frist isn't too smart.

I'm predicting all 47 Democrats + Jeffords will vote against it, about 15-20 Republicans will as well. A certain idiot from Georgia will vote yes, but he is not a Democrat regardless of the letter next to his name. Make the Repukes look real bad.
