Why is the 911 panel holding back 1/2 of the report?
Are there any sound reasons for this? 3,000 people were killed. They have a profound obligation to the families and America to deliver this report in it's entirety.

A political reason not to release the findings and determinations are absolutely no excuse.

This is extremely troubling and shows a total disregard for the national security of all Americans and the victims of 911.

1. This panel was hand picked by this administration.
And this administration was and still is over their heads in 9/11. People would be in front of (and in) the White House and Congress with pitch forks and torches with lots of rope if the truth ever comes out about the involvement of our "elected" government in bringing about the destruction of those 3 WTO buildings. Building #7 having ties to Oklahoma and Oklahoma being tied to Waco.

Folks, it may be a surprise to some, but "We, The People..." do not have control of our government. I do not see getting control back any time soon. In other words, the choir does not have all the music for the song they are singing. To Bring real lasting peace to this world, that needs to be changed.

2. we must be 'fair and balanced'
and keep anything that would make his 'highness' look bad under wraps 'til after the election.

I agree, it is disgraceful. I think the situation warrants raising a major stink.

4. Because these clowns have forgotten who the 'work' for. They have
forgotten that they are there as representatives of the American people, not panderers for the bush* administration. Even worse, most of them feel that once they're in Washington, they have the right to look out for themselves first, their constituents second. When that happens, they are no longer representatives of the people who elected them, they are useless hacks feeding off the public payroll.

But the refusal to release the findings now is inexcusable. The senate has a duty to release any and all informatin that they acquire during a tax-payer funded investigation to the public. The thought that they are arrogant enough to think that they have the power to deny us information that is vital to the safety and welfare of OUR country is maddening. It seems that they see the various districts and states they represent as their own little fiefdoms, and that they are little petty rulers who decide what we should be allowed to know, and what they can hide to protect the corrupt administration in power.

Something that republicans (and some democrats) need to understand is that people of all political persuasions pay their salaries. They may not have voted for them, but they are still beholden to everyone that they represent to keep them informed. This country was never meant to be governed under conditions of secrecy and stealth.
