Odom says he does not like "non-actionable" intelligence -- If it is non-actionable the leader should make the intelligence community work until it becomes actionable before acting on it. The leader is the one making the decisions and should not hide behind something so ill-defined.

I heard those two callers. C-Span seems to bring out the Republican crazies. Those two callers were looney tunes. There is also Victor of Silver Spring- a blind Republican who blames all " liberals" for the bad breaks that have befallen him in life. There are also Republican crazies from Texas, Florida, Georgia and other states that habitually call in. These people waste their money on phone calls just to let the nation know how idiotic they are.
