TOMORROW'S DOONESBURY: I cannot publish the drawings
because they appear one day early on my local newspaper but not on the web.

Essentially, this is the dialog (with the Whitehouse on the background)


Bush: Dick, stand on the carpet there, willya?
Cheney: What's going on here?
Bush: Dick, when you tell a U.S. senator in public to go do something to himself..
Cheney: It needed to be said, Sir.
Bush: I understand. And I like to use rough, manly language as much as you, but...
Cheney: I know that, sir. I've told everyone.
Colin: Dick, I think what the President is trying to say....
Cheney: Hey, Colin, go scratch yourself, Okay?
