including to some senators and the 9/11 commission. this was important information regarding pre and post 9/11 intelligence that was not given to the right people

so she spoke out and ashcroft has pulled a "state secrets" on this and wont allow her story and testimony to come out and its been over 2 yrs!

thats a too quick synopsis but its all fascinating

you really should read about her and the interviews that she has given. she is intelligent and articulate and just wants the truth to come out

"...The transfer of money to Atta <$325,000>, in conjunction with the presence of the ISI chief in Washington during the week, the missing link behind 9/11....The evidence confirms that al-Qaeda is supported by Pakistan's ISI (and it is amply documented that) the ISI owes its existence to the CIA."

SE: I cannot comment on that. But I can tell that once, and if, and when this issue gets to be, under real terms, investigated, you will be seeing certain people that we know from this country standing trial; and they will be prosecuted criminally.

retroactively classified what she was going to say? I'm not positive about that, but he did retroactively classify something about her:

7. It was worse than that

She was told to slow down her translations or she would be fired. When she reported errors made by another translator to her superior, they threatened her to cool it.

She was fired, her superiors promoted, and she could not file unlawful termination because they sealed her records on the basis of security

I have the 60 minutes interview from over a year ago, and there was another FBI for internal affairs who supported her version. He also has been subsequently suspended...

Edmonds: About two weeks before Condoleezza Rice appeared before the 9/11 Commission she made the statement, "We had no specific information." And I told the press that that was an outrageous lie. That was printed on the front page of The Independent and several other papers here. And what she did during the hearing was very interesting. She corrected herself saying, "Well, I made a mistake. I should not have said 'we.' I should say that I personally did not have specific information." And that is exactly what I stated. "We" includes the FBI, and therefore I can tell you with 100% certainty that that is an outrageous lie.

Yet the Commission didn't ask, "Well, who is the rest of this "we?"
