they didn't announce their intent about the impending 9-11 attacks.
now they warn us that there surely will be another attack, before the election. and they also assure us that they will delay or otherwise hijack the next election, due to the guaranteed terror attack from al qaeda. the attacker has already been i.d.'d and announced, before the crime.

and we sit here drinking our coffee and watching the news and going to work and behaving as if it's just routine.

The news is covering it saying BushCo is freaked out about Madrid and how Aznar got kicked out on his can. They aren't saying BushCo is freaked out about the safety of voters or something may happen to mess with the logistics of election day.

They're not worried about any people getting hurt or polling places or infrastructure getting blown up, etc. They're freaked out about voters turning on their guy. It's so blantantly self-centered by BushCo I'm surprised more people aren't picking up on it.
