What is the procedure for demanding mental evaluation of the president?

I'm serious. I don't think Bush is completely sane. I really don't intend for this to be a low-blow insult...it's just my observation.

We always hear about the annual presidential physical, but what happens if he fails the physical? The Constitution does not appear to address the process for the removal of a president who is medically unfit to carry the office, just impeachment for wrongdoing (which is also certainly applicable in Bush's case).

I really think that there's a possibility that Bush is mentally ill. Don't get me wrong, I'm not thrilled about the prospect of a Dick Cheney ascension, but I think that this is an avenue worth exploring.

Why can't the Senate demand a professional independent mental evaluation of the president if his faculties are suspect? I'm all for the right to medical privacy...but I think that once you hold the highest office in the land, you lose that right.

I thought he was criminally insane for all the executions in Texas and then nearly half the populace thought that was ok. Who decides what is sane?

5. I believe he has NPD which is worse IMHO

People with narcissistic personality disorder are more dangerous than full blown loonies, they enjoy the pain and suffering of others and can be quite intelligent (which isn't true in Bush's case).

I think his brain is also fried from his decades of boozing and snorting.

I am not kidding about this. It is why he talks in 4 word sentences,
and mispronounces peoples names and words.

It is why he doesn't read, why he is not interested and why he bumbles and fumbles.

He has no business being president.
