RevMoon's family values...kill.
From moonwatcher@bartcop:

The short answer: Yes.

An unattended three year old child of a member of Moon's organization died as the result of a fall from a building in New York last week. The building was owned by Moon and housed current and transient members. The father had gone to work driving a truck and the mother was, let's be frank here, in South Korea taking indoctrination from, and spreading the message of, the lunatic, Moon. A neighbor was asked to 'check in' on the toddler. 'Checking in' was not good enough to keep the 3 year old alive.

This is on the heels of the murder of a young girl, an 18 year old second generation member of Moon's cult. She was strangled while selling trinkets door to door to make money for Moon's manipulation of the world. The moonies inferred that it was somewhat her fault because she shouldn't have gone into the area she went to sell for her 'messiah', a man who pushes members for money.

Tragically, these parents have to live with the needless deaths of their children. They are trained to believe that Moon is the second coming and that his success is God's success. Money raising and strict obedience to Moon are always a top priority. Moon has even told members they should be willing to disobey their parents or presidents for him.

Moon was quoted in Time in 1976 as saying:
There is no complaint, objection against anything being done here until we will have established the Kingdom of God on earth up until the very end! There can never be any complaint! I want to have new members under me who will be willing to obey me even though they may have to disobey their own parents and the Presidents of their own nations.

Below you will also read the words of a mother almost bragging about coaxing her 10 year old son into agreeing with her, that spending time working for Moon's goals is more important than her being with him.
Here is an excerpt from a group of lawyers fighting Moon's fraud in Japan in which they state that one member committed suicide due to Moon's indoctrination and practices.

Quoting:
Although the Unification Church advocates its work in building ideal families, in reality it had led to the destruction of families and homes throughout the world. ...

At present, more than 10,000 Japanese women are being dispatched around the world. Due to the absence of these women, their homes, their young children, elderly parents and husbands are suffering. For these women believers, disobeying the instructions of Sun Myung Moon is more frightening than the destruction of their own homes and families. ......

These women live in foreign countries and solicit people to participate in the mass communal wedding ceremony. In reality, however, they lie to such people and say that they are working as volunteers for the FFWP or the WFWP. This fact has come to light and has been broadcasted to other countries. In November 1996, a Japanese woman who was sent abroad against her will became depressed and committed suicide.

Moon received an award for his fine conservative "Family values" at the inaugural "Prayer" luncheon in 2001 with MANY "religious" conservative preachers in attendance. As you know, Moon built his base of free labor by breaking up families. Turns out, he even breaks up the families of his members after they join.

From Moon's Washington Times (1/20/01)
Martin Luther King, evangelist Billy Graham, and the Rev. Sun Myung Moon were honored by an ecumenical group of clergymen. The Rev. Moon received an award for his work in support of traditional family values.
Why doesn't the press cover how Moon's mental training of his followers played a roll in the deaths of these children and others?

Police questioned the father of an unattended 3-year-old boy who fell to his death from a window at the Unification Church's midtown headquarters but did not make any arrests, law enforcement sources said yesterday.

Piotr Lis, 32, was interviewed all morning by detectives at the Midtown South Precinct stationhouse, but he was released without being charged with any crime in connection with his son's fatal fall from the sixth floor Friday night, the sources said.

Lis left his son, Jeffrey, alone in the family's apartment at 4 W. 43rd St. while he went to work in Connecticut. Lis asked a neighbor to check on Jeffrey periodically, the sources said.

July 11, 2004 -- The devastated mom of a 3-year-old toddler who plunged to his death from a top-floor window of a Midtown building owned by the Unification Church was making arrangements to fly home yesterday from South Korea, where she had been attending a religious seminar.

The mom, Agnes Lis, a missionary for the Rev. Sun Myung Moon's religious sect received the horrifying news in Seoul that her only son, Jeffrey, died Friday night.

The boy, who had been left alone in the family's one-room apartment on the sixth floor of 4 W. 43rd St., managed to wiggle past the sleeves of a window air-conditioning unit.

Police sources said the boy's dad, Peter, left the child to go to work as a truck driver and arranged to have a 30-year-old woman who lives in an adjoining room "check in" on him, police sources said.

A Seattle teenager found dead in a vacant apartment in Charlotte, N.C., after going door-to-door to raise money for the Unification Church was strangled, police said yesterday, as the man charged with her death was ordered held without bond.

Jin-Joo Byrne, 18, a June graduate of Summit alternative school, disappeared Wednesday while trying to sell costume jewelry to anyone who would give at least $12 to the Washington, D.C.-based religious group. ......

Her assigned area was a nearby office complex, "the kind of thing that would be appropriate" for young church workers, he said. But after finishing there, Byrne suggested going to the apartments, said Schanker, who was in Charlotte yesterday. Her partner didn't want to go, he added. But Byrne, raised in the church, had good experiences going door-to-door in residential areas. Byrne went, apparently without consulting group leaders, Schanker said. ........

"Everybody's heartbroken and tearful," he said. "It's clear it was not the assignment or the intention for them to be in that area."
Church policy calls for checking with local church leaders to find acceptable canvassing areas.

Schanker declined to say whether that was done, but added: "It's clear we could have done a better job in that area."

This is from Time Magazine June 14, 1976. Pg. 49 Under the Title "The Secret Sayings of Master Moon"
OBEYING MOON: I am a thinker, I am your brain.
When you join the effort with me, you can do everything in utter obedience to me. Because what I am doing is not at random but what I do is at God’s command.
There is no complaint, objection against anything being done here until we will have established the Kingdom of God on earth up until the very end! There can never be any complaint! I want to have new members under me who will be willing to obey me even though they may have to disobey their own parents and the Presidents of their own nations.

Men and women of different nationalities who are unable to understand each other's language and who meet each other for the first time at the wedding ceremony cannot be expected to build a harmonious family life. In Japan, two homicides have resulted between two such couples; one couple of a Japanese woman and a Korean man, and one couple of a Japanese woman and a Filipino man. Such marriages also give rise to severe family problems in Japan.
Although the Unification Church advocates its work in building ideal families, in reality it had led to the destruction of families and homes throughout the world.
These women are intimidated indirectly with such threats as : "If you do not follow the order of Sun Myung Moon, you will die by the curse of the spiritual world," and "If you get married by any other way than that provided by the Unification Church, then you will not be able to bear children. If you do become pregnant, your child will be born deformed."
These women live in foreign countries and solicit people to participate in the mass communal wedding ceremony. In reality, however, they lie to such people and say that they are working as volunteers for the FFWP or the WFWP. This fact has come to light and has been broadcasted to other countries. In November 1996, a Japanese woman who was sent abroad against her will became depressed and committed suicide.

from Moon owned, Washington Times (1/20/01)
The prayer luncheon was sponsored by The Washington Times Foundation, a nonprofit educational group, which is separate from the newspaper, and organized by a committee that included Doug Wead, who worked in the first Bush White House, and the Rev. Walter E. Fauntroy, pastor of New Bethel Baptist Church and a former D.C. delegate to Congress.
Martin Luther King, evangelist Billy Graham, and the Rev. Sun Myung Moon were honored by an ecumenical group of clergymen. The Rev. Moon received an award for his work in support of traditional family values.

Joyce Suda, England
Some wonderful testimonies from our Task Force began emerging. One sister began seeing visions of True Father, Abraham Lincoln, and George Washington on the streets of New York, working with us as we gave out the spirit world messages to New Yorkers.
These messages included words from the former Presidents of the US in the spirit world. Others saw the spirit world blessed families bowing down to our mobilized task force and cooperating with us.
......
My spirit was very joyful and light in New York, I was grateful to participate in this historical providence. Then I was asked to go to Korea; 84 people to go, representatives of 7 nations. I called my family in England and my only child, a ten year old son, answered the phone. I told him, "Toby, True Father would like me to go and work in Korea for a while and I have to decide what to do. I could come home, and we can have a good life, nice food and lively happily together but you know, many people in the world will continue to starve, wars will continue and many will die. Who knows? Even a bomb could drop on us and we could die. So what do you think I should do?" Without hesitation he said, "Mama, go to Korea." So I followed his orders!
.......
Because of the recent elections in Japan, and because our movement supported 100 candidates and 70 got in, that made a basis for us to have meetings with 21 Congressmen who were grateful that we help them get elected. They asked what they could do for us and were supportive of our IIPC activities in Japan.
My team was connected with WFWP, Japan, and we have been informed by them of the free sex program taught in schools, even elementary schools called "gender free", and which is totally immoral, promoting promiscuity. We were really horrified to hear about this and our Peace UN teams made it a point whenever possible to critique and counter-propose, with family values, the "gender free" program to congressmen and congresswomen, religious leaders, professors, and others influencing society.
