4. No..script is: This guy now gives "intelligence" to capture Bin Laden
just in time for the late July convention.

That's the script.

Got it? :)

8. Do they have time?
Edited on Tue Jul-13-04 12:43 PM by redqueen
Can they get him to cooperate with the Saudi's within the next two weeks?

Or do you think Bin Laden is the secret prisoner they're hiding the identity of, and they're just keeping him on ice for now?

9. Here's the script:
A few days of interrogation followed by him giving intel about where Bin Laden has been hiding.

Cue: Jessica Lynch style rescue squad with cameras for the VIDEO capture of Bin Laden.

We're talking night-scope cameras, charging marines, the WHOLE works.

It will be a wag-the-dog affair just in time for Edward's or Kerry's speech at the convention.

CNN, MSNBC and Fox will be forced to SPLIT SCREEN the speeches and Bin Laden coverage.

THIS IS THE PLAN!

10. That scenario implies you think they can turn him
rather than the "Osama on ice" option.

I was wondering if that would be that easy... not sure how cooperative he would be with Saudi officials.

12. Osama on ice could mean that
he's sitting in a cell with an IV in his arm keeping him drugged 24/7 until they drag him into a hole for the big video "capture."

And the Saudis...well, House of Bush, House of Saud...'nough said.

They'll do what they have to do to restore the popularity of Bush.

They weren't shown the Iraq war plans before the Secretary of State for nothing you know.

19. That's more what I was suspecting
a "capture", rather than a capture from actual intel gained from his surrender.

6. Who is Khaled al-Harbi?
Saudi officials identify man on bin Laden tape

http://www.cnn.com/2001/US/12/16/ret.tape.identity/

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The Saudi citizen pictured conversing with Osama bin Laden about the September 11 terrorist attacks in a videotape released last week is a former Mujahedeen and war compatriot of bin Laden, not the man initially identified by U.S. officials, senior Saudi officials told CNN on Sunday.

Saudi officials said the man on the tape is Khaled al-Harbi, who fought with bin Laden against the Russians in Afghanistan about 20 years ago. On Friday, one day after the Pentagon released the videotape, U.S. officials said the man visiting bin Laden was Ali Sayeed al-Ghamdy, a former Islamic theology professor once imprisoned by the Saudi government.

But the man's tell-tale injury -- he has no legs -- led Saudi authorities to look elsewhere.

Officials believe the tape depicts bin Laden as the honoree at a dinner that includes several visitors, with al-Harbi being one of the most vocal.

22. surrendered to Saudis'
well, does this mean that Saudi Arabia is now harboring terrorists and have terrorist ties.
Is this "surrender" a ploy to get a member of Al-queda in Saudi Arabia to unite the already members there......and the fighting will begin in that country?
