8. The housing market here in Sioux Falls is crazy. If you're a ...

builder or a realtor, you're loving it. Affordable housing for the lower middle class is pushing alot of people out of town. But the big healthcare industry here is bringing in alot of affluent out of staters. However, the middle class white collar jobs are being outsourced and the manufacturing jobs are leaving. Just a few years ago Gateway employed 3000 people here but last week that facility closed and those jobs are all gone.

And I didn't lie. I am in bad shape compared to 4 years ago. And even those who think they ARE better off are probably thinking financially only and not considering the fact that we've got 'terror, terror, terror' being shoved down our throats 24-7 now. No one is better off now except the * administration and PNAC.
