So far no deaths reported. Some wounded. The markets didn't like it but they seem to be recovering a bit now.

The Saudis recently lost I think over 40 people to one of these attacks.

I wouldn't expect any confirmed deaths this early. But I suspect there will be a significant number (>20).
Sadly, the UN High Commissioner on Human Rights is badly wounded. No word yet on his condition.
