bush - will he take the money and run after November?

bush said billions of dollars would go to AIDS, No Child Left Behind and whatever other programs and it hasn't. Where is it? Was it set aside somewhere?

This is the guy who diverted money from US efforts in Afghanistan to his invasion of Iraq without Congressional input. How much of that Iraq money has gone directly into bush related crony-companies?

Once his days in the White House are numbered, will he find ways to suck money out of govt coffers without our knowledge?

AND!!! The current state of the nation and world is a result of him trying to do (his version of) a decent job. Once he has no stake in the White House, will his incompetence reach untold levels of incompetence? (plus make things as horrible as possible for Kerry)
