1. this is Kerry's third visit to W Virginia in the last month
it is good to see he is really working hard on this state--if Gore had done the same thing in '00 he would be president.

hopefully i'll be able to get to one of 'em this year....


if not, i feel easy about having made bush supporters feel uncomfortable during his incursion into the mountains a couple months ago, even if they did keep us away from der fuhrer himself.


there was a front page article in the charleston gazette wednesday on the couple who got arrested at bush's july 4th appearance for wearing antibush t-shirts..... they're fighting it, and we know there's no legal basis for them not to win:

there's also a story in today's (thursday's) edition about the kerry campaign allowing bush supporters with tickets in to the event, even with pro-bush t-shirts and the like on......


at least someone appreciates democracy.... too bad it can't be our leaders.
