Could Jeremy Glick sue O'Reilly?

On Al Franken's show today, Glick mentioned he is trying to make a living as a writer. He said O'Reilly's lies about his statements on The Fictor (interview w/ Teri Gross) probably cost him work, because he was branded as a conspiracy theorist. He should sue Shill O'Slimey.
