protesting the RNC?

I was curious if there has been talk where you are about going to NYC to protest the RNC in August/Sept.

I'm going--I'm organizing people to go--and I'm wondering if other are gonna be there.

5. there actually is quite a contingent goin to NYC this summer

just watch for the threads, and check the NY state forum regularly

please make sure your people act cool right? My only worry is that it will be so much "street theater" and the fly over states will dismiss the protestors

it will truly be effective street theater if all the protestors looked like Mr & Mrs America on TV

I'm hoping for a very diverse crowd. I think what's needed now more than anything else is for people from every walk of life to become politically involved in real meaningful ways.
