Question concerning GPS or RFID tags and expatriate nationals (especially
in a place like Saudi Arabia or Iraq.).

Just wondered if EVERY expatriate national especially from a Western country and especially in a country such as Saudi Arabia or Iraq should get either a GPs or RFID chip, especially in the event some renegade terrorist takes them hostage, so that their country's embassy officials and all the other relevant authorities could find them, ( though "as if" the authorities would even consider dealmaking for their release, for in most cases, those authorities would say such dealmaking would only encourage the terrorists to take more hostages.).
