Does anyone know where to discuss religion?

Does anyone know of any forum where there is intelligent discussion of religion? In particular, I was interested in a sort of Christian-Muslim dialog.

When searching for this kind of site, I noticed that there are a lot of inactive ones, that used to have dialog until 9/11 and then got filled with basically anti-Islam invective.

That my husband frequents a lot is BeliefNet (not sure on the web addy, but probably www.beliefnet.com) ... lots of discussion among members of many religions, and seems like it's pretty intelligent, from what he tells me about it.

5. Beliefnet is pretty good

I used to go there a few years ago. But unless they've changed they have very little cross-religion disucssions. Everybody gets in their little niche groups and doesn't head out.

I had to leave the presby forum because the people in it were way more conservative than me and most who go to my church. I got alwong well in the progressive xtianity forum though. That's a very open forum.

9. Hmmmm... most of the religion threads become flamebait. Too many

passions for sober discussion.
