The index looks at three main measurements for human well-being: Living a long and healthy life, education, and standard of living.

For the fourth year in a row, Norway tops the table, released in Brussels, followed by Sweden and Australia.

Among 17 countries in the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), Canada ranks 12th when it comes to poverty. The top spot in this specific category went to Sweden, while the U.S. took last place.
