J.C. was deer-in-the-headlights, said he wanted to respond to my hero Charlie first, then ran the clock out. When Andrea said, "We're out of time. We'll have to come back to the Sudan question some other time," J.C. smiled BIG and said, "GOOD!" ("Good," meaning "WHEW!")
