I don't understand why the republicans/conservatives call Kerry, waffles. I hear it all the time, yet I have no idea why they call him that.

He doesn't look like a waffle to me.

Indeed the phrasing is to say "what effect will Kerry's flip/flops have on topic of the day"

NBC and Tim Russert and Leno are the main folks trying to sell this Truth with no examples.

But the big lie told by loyal media whores and picked up by late night was able to sell "Gore lies" in 2000 - despite our showing there was not one damn lie by Gore - indeed the number of emails we sent out explaining why what Gore said was not a lie was ignored - and is ignored by the Washington Post to this day - so the real problem as always are the media whores -

11. changing your position isn't necessarily waffling . .

it might very well be using your brain to respond to rapidly changing circumstances in a rapidly changing world . . . anyone who adheres to a particular position because of ideology and ignores these changes is a fool . . . there's one in the White House right now . . .
