There are many choices. But with the exceptions of Iraq and other middle Eastern nations that look like Uncle Sam may be targetting, what do you think the next place will be?

1. North Korea
But if we don't have the skill to get the job done there, I can see him invading France or Germany, just because.

20. My bet's on Syria
because Iran will offer more resistance, and we need more time for the draft to build up military forces.

4. Sudan...they are technically in Africa, although primarily Muslim and they
...Have Oil and were once "home" camp to Osama bin laden....

Yeah, they are just letting the gov't there exterminate the people and do the dirty work for them...then they will go "storming" in under the 'guise of "Mission for Humanity" and say they were stopping "gene-o-cide".....

Then they will "secure the oil fields" and surprise - find Bin Laden?

hmmm....

7. Syria
According to Wes Clark anyway. He was very specific with what he was told in the Pentagram. A total of 7 Muslim nations were to be attacked, "beginning with Iraq, then Syria...."

The "then" part leaves no doubt in my mind.

8. My short list of potential trouble spots...
Thailand - Muslim separatists in the Southern tip.
Zimbabwe - Mugabe isn't going to live forever...
D.R. Congo - already an insolvable mess but could always get worse.
Indonesia - Ethnic and religious tensions.
Phillipines - Muslim separatists
Nigeria - Ethnic and religious tensions plus corruption...

10. Iran or Syria
I was thinking Syria was FoxNews started saying "oh Iraq moved the wmd's to syria right before we got there." I thought they were setting up the next war. But, now there's more talk about Iran than Syria so I'm leaning to them next.

17. Yeah, Iran looks pretty unstable.
But I think that N. Korea might actually be a threat. Of course, Chimpy wouldn't dream of taking on a country that actually has real WMD.

21. it won't be much of a war, but Venezuela
http://www.feasta.org/documents/papers/oil1.htm

excerpt:

So far only one OPEC country has dared switch to the euro: Iraq, in November 2002. There is little doubt that this was a deliberate attempt by Saddam to strike back at the US, but in economic terms it has also turned out to have been a huge success: at the time of Iraq's conversion the euro was worth around 83 US cents but it is now worth over $1.05. There may however be other consequences to this decision.

One other OPEC country has been talking publicly about possible conversion to the euro since 1999: Iran, a country which has since been included in the George W. Bush's 'axis of evil'.

A third OPEC country which has recently fallen out with the US government is Venezuela and it too has been showing disloyalty to the dollar. Under Hugo Chavez's rule, Venezuela has established barter deals for trading its oil with 12 Latin American countries as well as Cuba. This means that the US is missing out on its usual subsidy and might help explain the American wish to see the back of Chavez. At the OPEC summit in September 2000, Chavez delivered to the OPEC heads of state the report of the 'International Seminar on the Future of Energy', a conference called by Chavez earlier that year to examine the future supplies of both fossil and renewable energies. One of the two key recommendations of the report was that 'OPEC take advantage of high-tech electronic barter and bi-lateral exchanges of its oil with its developing country customers, i.e. OPEC should avoid using both the dollar and the euro for many transactions.
