Why did Cheney ask Tom Daschle not to call for an inquiry into
9/11(twice)?Is there a connection between this request(ha!) and Daschle receiving the Anthrax letters? Is that why Daschle is so silent when all kinds of scandals are breaking around him?

1. hmmm...
interesting. But I think I'd have to see more to support that.
One DOES wonder why the anthrax investigation simply evaporated.

2. did the anthrax go to any republicans?
or only Democrats?

I notice it didn't go to a Republican senator or to FoxNews.

But it went to our senate leader and to newscasters the right like to deem "liberal".

3. The first man to die of anthrax
was the photographer who published that famous photo of the Bush twins falling down drunk.

The rest of the anthrax letters started showing up later, first to Leahy and Daschle and then to Brokaw, Jennings, and I believe Rather.

No anthrax was mailed to any Repug and no anthrax was mailed to Faux or Clear Channel.

My guess is that this has Daddy Bush's pawprints all over it, and it was meant to be the justification for "finishing" his war against Iraq. Because 9/11 had happened, the original mailing was sharply scaled back and restricted to targets he just couldn't resist. Do you remember how quickly the anthrax was blamed on Iraq?

I don't think the old bastard knew that the DNA analysis of the spores would trace the whole business back to the CIA bioweapons lab at Fort Detrick. He sure managed to get the investigation shut down when it got that far, didn't he?

5. No wonder these anthrax targets have rolled over for the 'thugs

It's about as subtle as getting a bloody horse's head in your bed.
