Here is the newest Cheney spin from the RW chenying nuts...
"CIA's fumbles"

http://www.washtimes.com/commentary/20040715-082645-8950r.htm

"The Senate Select Intelligence Committee report on prewar U.S. intelligence in Iraq inspires two unexpected questions: (1) Why didn't more elected officials question the Central Intelligence Agency the way Vice President Dick Cheney did? (2) Did any politicians question the CIA enough?"

"Mr. Cheney wouldn't take CIA reporting for granted. He peppered the agency with questions. Some Democrats would like to depict his inquisitiveness as an effort to pressure the agency to change its analysis to suit Mr. Cheney's foreign policy agenda. Truth is, more elected officials should have questioned the agency like Mr. Cheney did. He was a doubting Thomas who wanted to see for himself."

Its enough to make a sane person stick a finger down their throat.

What's sad is the RWN's sheep will believe this crap.

How cheneying low will these cheney'rs go.

1. Yep I read that a couple of days ago
They are changing the story, and Democrats on the Hill let them. Pansys. I usually give Democrats in the COngress the benefit of the doubt; knowing the hand they are playing against. But this was a bigger than normal screw up in my mind.

I can see why Tenet got out of Dodge.

3. Cheney was a "doubting thomas"? BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!
the ditto heads will fall for this HOOK, LINE AND SINKER!

idiots. CONNECT THE DOTS! The CIA reported what Cheney DEMANDED they report. There's far too much evidence which shows the CIA tried to tell the admin over and over again that there was no case for the war.
