That's what the spokesman for the Defense Finance and Accounting Service in Denver told me.

I had asked him if the agency punished anyone for destroying George W. Bush's Air National Guard pay records.

Destroy is not my word. It's the description the U.S. Department of Defense used to answer an open-records request that sought the truth about allegations that America's self-proclaimed "War President" didn't show up for his own military duty in 1972....

1. What bullshit

Last year I requested, and received, my great grandfathers civil war records. they sent me almost a ream of copies of everything relating to his short stay, four years in the military. Every Dr's exam, paystub, letters requesting additional pension (injured) and every reply from the military. They assured me that they have complete records and that NOTHING is ever destroyed from the records. Give me a Fing break. Accidental destroyed? Lying bastards.

4. SHOULD be investigated

One of the things that the repugs kept yapping at Clinton and the excuse for all the investigations was "abuse of power". It was an open door policy to investiagte anything and everything to find this "abuse of power" that Clinton was being rumored to do.

This needs to be investigated just as deeply. Even if BUSH had nothing to do with it, WHO did? Bush is the puppet, who is pulling the strings. Done in his name, Most likely. Just like things were done in Ronnies name that he didn't have the ablity to decided.

With so many "copys" of records and differnt types of records that should there, there is no reason not to find SOMETHING of record. That is the red flag. One record, fine. That is understandable. Several copys of the SAME record. Hmmmm.... Other types of records of the same period also not showing up.. Extra big hmmmmm.....
