I propose this Constitutional Amendment

Instead of wasting our time with this stupid gay marriage ban amendment (yea don't act like you're a good bible reader George, any sane thinking person knows you're only pulling this move to cling to the one base you got left which is the radical religious kook)


I propose Congress pass this amendment.

We shall call it The "Go After Those Responsible Amendment"

When terrorists or whoever attack our country we go after them and never again divert our resources our cost lives for wars or battles that have nothing to do with protecting our nation.

If our nation is not directly attacked, or proof of aggression against our nation isn't obvious (obvious would be some madman dictator saying "we kill America" "death to America") The president will also be required to show absolute proof (see video of Kennedy showing us the missle sites that Russia set up in Cuba via satellite images) to the people before attacking as well.

Note to Bush: QUIT WASTING MY FUCKING TIME WITH THIS ANTI-GAY MARRIAGE BULLSHIT If I have to hear that bastard accuse Kerry of "playing politics" with our national security ONE MORE TIME, you know we got fanatics who want to kill us Americans for being the infidels that we are (and I'm proud of being an infidel dammit) instead of focusing on the real issues like how we are being protected, and how you have dangerously diverted our forces to fight battles that have nothing to do with the nation's security interests, you pull this bullshit to avoid the real issues that matter, like how you've fucked this country in practically every issue we have a list for.

Now I'll confess I support gay marriage (and I'm a Catholic who strongly believes in keeping religious beliefs and laws, especially laws that deny rights of people away out of our nation's Constitution) being legal and I have plenty of arguments for that which I'll put in another thread, but right now I'm primarily enraged at the fact that this putz is putting this issue at the front when a REAL leader would be worried about our security, the war we got ourselves into, our rising deficit and poverty ect.

I'm just sick of it November can't come soon enough.
