SO Canadians - do you think anyone WILL end up carrying AlJazeera?

As some may or may not know, ALjazeera was cleared to be broadcast in Canada. But there are a few catches, one of them being any cable provider carrying the Arab News Channel will be responsible for making sure no offensive content gets through. So, cable providers are saying no, they don't want to be responsible for deciding what is and isn't offensive.
But I can't see this not going on air at some point.

Al-Jazeera has stated they will adhere to the broadcast restrictions placed upon them. Rogers has already said they "probably" won't carry it but, if there is an outcry for it, they may relent. I don't know what Shaw's position is on it.

I guess I'd have to learn arabic to really get the full effect anyway.

They're already carrying a lot of ethnic channels and they already take care of sports blackouts.

They carry Pride Vision and it runs hard-core gay porn after 11 p.m.

5. There's a mandatory 8-second time delay

So that's a killer right there. Cable providers are not about to take on that expense.
Also, Jewish groups are going to vigorously protest anybody taking it on.
Unless there's massive demand for it, I don't see it happening.
