Party-Anonymous Political Ads
Edited on Fri Jul-16-04 02:51 PM by criticalmass
Noticed an odd thing--none of the political advertising I've seen so far specify which parties my local candidates belong to.

Been trying to figure out what this means. The only theory I've come up with is that they're trying to get us to ignore party lines and vote on name recognition alone. But it's both the Democrats and the Republicans doing it, so what are they up to?

Are local political ads always this party-anonymous? I can't remember.

What do you think?
