DO MEN AND WOMEN HAVE DIFFERENT IDEAS OF "SUCCESS"?
It seems that many men's ideas of success entail material success, providing for family/loved ones, others looking up to them, "winning"...there are many more, but I do not want to restrict the ideas. I am just curious what, if any, are the gender differences when it comes to the idea: "success".

Is this even a gender issue??

1. My idea of success, at 52, is to live as stress free as I can
and have family, friends, and dogs and animals around me til I die. Eat, breathe, paint, relax, laugh, live. Enjoy what life I have left.

2. I think both genders are equally materialistic
They just have different views about what material things are important. Feeling that non-material things are important is generally a matter of introspection and self-exploration, and I don't think gender has anything to do with that.

3. Don't Know... But There Might Be An Age Factor As Well
with people over 65 becoming less Materialistic when it comes to their Philosophy and also their lifestyle.

But his is must me spouting stuff that has no proof behind it.

4. Considering I consider success to be a large-bosomed woman . . .
. . . .waiting for me in my expensive European sports cars as I - I dunno - buy Hostess cupcakes or something at the 7-11, I would say:

YES.

5. I think generally speaking, the answer is yes
I know my idea of success is having a family and the life I want (time to garden, play, write, etc.)
