Matt and Trey bring us TEAM AMERICA, theme song: Team America, F yeah!

I am pretty excited about this, the new movie apparently will slam Hollywood Liberals like Sarandon and Micheal Moore. While reading the article one might be inclined to think that they will actually be roasting Moore and other Hollywood liberals, judging from Trey's comments in Bowling For Columbine and their friendship with Micheal Moore I have a feeling that they may be playing on the media's interpretation of MM and others. South Park is one of the most refreshing and brilliant social satires of our time. They are also working with some of Jim Henson's original puppeteers.

I think that they will accurately skewer the far left and right in this movie and I say "Bring it on." We here have a tendency to take things entirely to seriously and I think this will be one for the masses. I am a little concerned about puppet sex, but I still can't wait.

The theme song, "Team America, Fuck Yeah!" sounds perfect for ripping freepers. It comes out in October and I am delighted.

1. Hmm, what will win out...
Their dislike of Liberals, or their Libertarian fear of Orwellian government? People always make the mistake of thinking they're on our side, but they aren't Left at all. One's a pug and the others a Libertarian. If you watch the show closely, they usually blame our side more than the thug side, strongly condeming, among other things, enviromentalism, hate crime laws, sexual harrassment laws, and opposition to big business. Remember when they blamed the pot-smoker = terrorist ads on "Ultra-Liberals" despite the fact that these ads were pushed by Bush* drug czar John Walters? They're still funny, so I watch them, I'm just saying don't automatically think this is gonna be anti-Bush. It's more likely to be anti-us.
