9. Of course I do -- but the use of "Freep"...
... is filled with far more irony than, say, Jerry Falwell is filled with actual, measurable "Holy Spirit."

Besides, cultural conservatives are trying to kill irony. I say kill 'em back...

32. My commentary
1. Faith Affects Decisions.

I want a president who puts the needs and best interest of the nation above his (or her) religious beliefs. Edge: Kerry.

2. Same-sex Marriage.

I want a president who isn't so afraid of same-sex couples that he feels the need to push for laws and constitutional amendments to discriminate against and take away civil rights from gays and lesbians. Edge: Kerry.

3. Stopping Internet Pornography.

I want a president who isn't trying to decide what adults do in the privacy of their own homes. While it is important to protect children from pornography, that should be the duty of parents not the government. Edge: Kerry.

4. Troops Home from Iraq.

I want a president who does not put our troops in harms way over a personal agenda. Our military might should only be used when there is a clear and present danger to the United States. Edge: Kerry.

5. Abortion an American Option.

I want a president who realizes that the issue of abortion is a personal one and should be decided upon by the woman and man who are in the position to choose one and shouldn't be forced away because of the personal opinion of someone in the government. Edge: Kerry.

6. Qualification for Supreme Court Judges.

I want a president who will nominate judges to the federal courts who are moderate in their views and not leaning toward any one side. Court decisions should be made based on the rule of law and not party politics. Edge: Kerry.

7. Medicare Improvements.

I want a president who will propose and get enacted improvements to Medicare that are actual improvements such as full prescription medication plan, not a gimicky "discount card" that is only a sweetheart deal for drug makers. Edge: Kerry.

8. Creating Jobs in America.

I want a president who will do whatever he can to not only reduce joblessness but also reduce and eventually eliminate the working poor. Men and women who work to provide for their families should be able to earn a livable wage. Edge: Kerry.

9. Combat Terrorism in America.

I want a president who will keep America safe but at the same time protect civil liberties. The rights of Americans shouldn't be thrown away to create a false sense of security. Edge: Kerry.

10. Faith Based Initiatives.

The government should not be sponsoring any chairty work that forces a religious agenda onto those in need. In fact, chairty work should be obsolite because the government should be providing to those in need. Government assistance shouldn't be just a hand out but a path back to financial independence. Edge: Kerry.
