The "President Forever" game |
|
I downloaded the "President Forever 2004" demo a while ago and have played it a few times. Of course, right before the debates, it tells me, "To defeat George Bush, get the full edition, bla bla bla..."
Is it worth it? I know it's inexpensive, but still. Is gameplay pretty much the same after the debates? Does it change significantly for the other simulations (the other years)? Thanks,
Leyton

It is pretty much the same throughout. You can edit the predetermined evaluations, etc. I think a Bush lover rated him.
Not great, but there's not anything better out there that I know of.

Well, there's probably no better way to do computer simulated presidential campaigning. Still can't figure out what CP's and PP's are, though.

I love the game, bought it and play it all the time, even still. It's especially fun when you learn to edit candidates and scenarios, you can set up dream tickets and stuff....I'd get it, it's only $12. CP and PP are different levels, either your energy (next to the heart), or how powerful something is, and you get six of those (CP?) per day. For instance, a policy speech takes maybe four CP, while a fundraiser may take only two.
