Confusing reporting on recent allegations by Seymour Hersh
According to the following article...

http://news.independent.co.uk/world/middle_east/story.jsp?story=541472

...

Young male prisoners were filmed being sodomised by American soldiers at the Abu Ghraib prison near Baghdad, according to the journalist who first revealed the abuses there.

...

What the hell does that mean? Did US soldiers actually rape kids at Abu Ghraib prison or did they film inmates raping the kids?

I'm sorry, but I kind of feel as though Charles Arthur, the author of the article about Hersh's recent allegations of atrocities at Abu Ghraib prison, is purposefully trying to create confusion about who raped the kids held at Abu Ghraib.

Of course I realize that if guards at Abu Ghraib let inmates rape kids and other inmates, they should be considered complicit in that rape, but the seriousness of Hersh's charges demands the utmost accuracy when being reported on.

2. American soldiers raping kids
the reason you'll never see anything of the videos, including blacked out copies is because the film and pictures are illegal under child pornography laws.

4. Has anyone even been charged with this?
Keeping it all hush hush wouldn't make sense. It's already out. I don't think there have been any charges yet.

3. I think we will all find out soon

Hersh said he was still working on the story.

Completing the story for the New Yorker.

I'm sure he will clear up any ambiguity about who was
Raping Children at Abu Ghraib while the Cameras rolled.

5. Is there a link to Hersh saying he was working on the article?
A lot of us are concerned that this doesn't get swept under the rug.

9. Obviously, you did not watch the video of Hersh's speech carefully.

No where in Hersh's speech at the ACLU does he say that US soldiers were the ones who raped the kids at Abu Ghraib. Of course, soldiers who let inmates rape kids are just as bad as the inmates who committed the rape, but we need to be as accurate as possible when making serious charges.

8. I've just watched the video for the second time...
... and the phrase was "young boys being sodomized" while their mothers were forced to watch.

Hersh does not say that American soldiers were doing the sodomizing.

Nevertheless, it's still horrific, enabled by top people in this administration, and clearly, as Hersh says, were "war crimes" regardless of the presence of pages of legal sophistry presented to justify it.

Hersh says in the speech to the ACLU member's conference that he has more reporting to do on it, so we can expect more details in his next article on the subject.

10. I'm away from my computer at the moment so I don't have the

link for this but I recall hearing this.

Maybe Hersh said it on Charlie Rose (Not Sure)

I recall hearing that in this one instance of Brutality it
was Iraqi Police doing the actual Sodomizing & US soldiers
doing the filming.

There is much more to this than this one instance.

Hersh has the goods on these MF maggots & he will

DELIVER.......

"Some of the worst things that happened that you don’t know about. OK? Videos. There are women there. Some of you may have read that they were passing letters out, communications out to their men. The women were passing messages out saying please come and kill me because of what’s happened. And basically what happened is that those women who were arrested with young boys, children, in cases that have been
