You might also mention the massacres of unarmed villagers that occurred in El Salvador and Guatemala under governments enthusiastically supported by the Reagan administration and many current members of the Bushboy administration.

The Reaganites even pressured the New York Times into reassigning a reporter who revealed a major massacre in El Salvador and claimed that it was all "Communist propaganda."

Then, in the 1990s, they found a mass grave, containing men, women, and children, exactly where the reporter had said the massacre occurred.
