2. Send a POLITE email to
editorial@nytimes.com

Saying how much you like Barbara Ehrenreich and want to continue reading her columns.

Please don't bash Friedman in the email, because while most of us don't like him, obviously they do or they wouldn't publish him.

Bashing Friedman would backfire.

5. Dump David Brooks instead
The man is equivocal to the point of being deceptive and besides that, he isn't even a good writer.

The NY Times sullies itself by publishing his bi-weekly drivel.

6. Add William Safire to that list, too, while you're at it
Surely they'd pick one.

She's better than all 3 put together!

11. Safire
You surely have it right about this poor old thing. I heard him on Lehrer's show the other night and he was so pathetic I had to change the channel. It would be kinder simply to let him do his language articles in the magazine and no longer expect him to make sense of the political scene.

7. By all means dump Brooks. I think he is a fine-tuned Repb. robot.
And Maureen Dowd is still jealous of Theresa Kerry. Her piece today stinks.

12. I thought it was a biased piece to subversively say Kerry is a flip
flopper. Her last line eludes to that and it pissed me off. Usually I like Dowd but she's getting more trivial and scatter brained these days. Her love fest for Bush is mind-boggling.

If I were a journalist, I would strike if I was forced to write propaganda I didn't believe in just so my boss could get the huge tax breaks Dumbya will give him. The journalist today don't really deserve to be called journalist, I find them more like entertainment writers. Krugman is really the last opinion writer that actually has kept his credibility and continue to write truthfully. The rest are just succumbing to the Buzh regime pressure machine to pump sunshine up their asses.

She wrote, they call Theresa the "stepmoney?" Dowd tries too hard to be "too cool." I'll opt not to carry my ,"Cheney is too cool sign," and kept my morals in tact.

I'm glad I canceled my subscription to the Times two months ago. It seems to be on it's downward spiral to Rag Times.

10. He is BY FAR
the worst person they could have got. It's just nonsense. Didn't he write at the RW Weekly Standard or some other shitty magazine earlier?

8. They should keep both
Quite frankly they should print as many authors who write well as often as possible.
