"Tinfoil helmet" theory re Peak Oil
Maybe the "globalist secret societies" had that planned for us all as part of their "New World Order" depopulation scheme they have in mind for us all, but maybe then again maybe I am listening to too much Art Bell / George Noory. :tinfoilhat: :tinfoilhat:

1. Friday news

Oil futures up to over $41/bl. Barely gets a mention.
Every time we have had a "energy shock", this country heads into
a recession within a year or two. Saudis were widely thought to
be able to regulate the price of oil all by themselves... they are
the only oil exporting country with a significant excess pumping
capacity... and they seem to be unable to drop the price to their
(and OPECs) stated target (around $30/bl).

So, this may well be the indicator that peak oil IS here (or to
be more accurate, we passed peak oil a while back).

Our answer? Buy bigger SUVs and take advantage of tax write offs that
subsidize the cost (but only if you buy the BIGGEST one with the worst
gas mileage!). Oh, and invade the significant oil producing nations.

My tinfoil hat is going double layered!

2. And if Saudi Arabia spirals into an Islamic Revolution like Iran did about
a quarter century ago, I bet the situation may only GET WORSE. :tinfoilhat:.

3. Oh, but that's why

we are building 14 permanent bases in Iraq. We will keep at least
75,000 troops in Iraq plus the tanks and humvees and all the rest.

All of the oil is actually quite close to the Iraq / Kuwait border,
and Saudis are not well known for having a large military or even
a large population. There are more guest workers in the Kingdom
than actual citizens.

The plan all along... and of course, Iran might be next (note the
news that there is an Iran/Al Quada connection). At least Iran
will be surrounded (Russia on the north, US in Afghanistan and
Iraq).

Yet to be seen if the PNAC crew can pull this off.

Hope we don't give them the chance...
