Will we get our "I told you so?"
Since the 2000 election/PATRIOT act/September 11/Iraq war (take your pick), we've been making a lot of predictions. All of them have been dismissed as tinfoil hattery, but... haven't most of them come true?

-McCarthyist hatred of "terrorist sympathizers," who are of course anyone who disagree with right-wing talking points.

-Iraq developing into a Vietnam analog with no end to the violence in sight.

-Creepy 1984 Eastasia/Eurasia vibe between Iraq and actually dangerous states that they STILL persist in talking about, despite no connection.

-Draft mechanisms getting geared up

-Et cetera

And the current one, which is one of the few predictions I would bet money on:

-If Bush is reelected, there WILL be a draft in 2005.

Call it petty, but I want to be aknowledged as seeing this happening. This should be the biggest fucking "I told you so" ever. Are we ever going to get it?

2. He Gives Them A Tax cut.
Must be why they want him to win, and because they are told to keep your job, just go along with Bush.

4. If bushco gets re-installed there will be no more elections
Mark me in for a "I told you so" (in that ledger with probably so many other DUers that have already put forth such predictions for the same)
