who knew? My husband leaves the TV on and I actually see a decent news story from my LOCAL affiliate????
Anyway, they showed Democrats Abroad in Mexico City, where the largest population of American expatriates live. SO many of them were signing up and saying things like "Yeah I usually vote Republican, but we gotta get this guy out of office!" WOW!
And they interviewed John Kerry's sister, who is in Mexico City.
They said there is a HUGE interest from Americans abroad in voting absentee this year, more than in recent history.

This is very encouraging. It also appears that the GOP cannot count on the military vote as much as in years past.
