1. I can see how this can happen.

I once saw a lawyer with my paper work. Came home and put the stuff away as it was not going to be used and months later on the bottom of the pile I found some very interesting cases that I had picked up in error from the lawyers office.I have also done work in libraries and know how that stuff can get messed up. But then so many of these big wig govt. people do think they are about the law. But also dirty tricks are par for the GOP
