Paula Zahn loves the mercenary Jonathan Keith Idema
Right after Paula (the whore) Zahn got done smearing Sandy Berger, as a threat to national security who might have given classified documents to somebody) wink wink. She then went on to do something that even shocked me. She had as a guest the brother of Jonathan Keith Idema, the mercenary who is facing ten years in Afghanistan for running an illegal prison where he was torturing innocent people.
She gave the killer-for-profit's brother a fair-and-balance interview, leaving the viewer with the impression that Idema was not getting a fair shake.
Let's get this straight. Sandy Berger is a threat to our country and Jonathon Idema has been falsely accused? That's an outrage.
Paula Zahn is becoming a threat to our country. She has a peculiar attraction to mercenaries. Didn't she have a little Blackwater friend who got blown up in Iraq. What was his name? Chris?
To call the ex-NSA director Sandy Berger a threat to the US and then portray the sleazy kill and torture for hire scumbag Idema as a victim is really too much. Even for the outrageous piece-of-crap Zahn.
SHE is becoming a threat to our national security, even if it's just a pollution threat. It's time for CNN to start answering for this out-of-control witch. She's got to go.

1. This why CNN is worse than FOX. When ever I tell right wingers
that CNN is GOP media they cry foul and say , no CNN is balanced. Thats a far cry from the days when those same people called it the Clinton News Network.

3. I swear
she's getting worse every night.

I did my rant about her interview with Wilson last night.

Could it be that the conservatives are feeling the heat and have to crank it up a notch?

God I hope so..........

Americans arrested in Kabul abused prisoners in private jail, officials say

By AMIR SHAH

KABUL (AP) - Afghan forces arrested three Americans, including a purported former Green Beret, after raiding a jail they were allegedly running in the Afghan capital and finding prisoners hanging from their feet, officials said Thursday.

The U.S. military, facing a widening inquiry into prisoner abuse, quickly distanced itself from the three, who had been posing as American agents before being detained Monday. State Department spokesman Richard Boucher said Thursday "the U.S. government does not employ or sponsor these men."

Afghan officials also dismissed claims by the apparent ringleader, Jonathan Idema, that he was a "special adviser" to their security forces, saying the three had posed as military agents on a self-appointed hunt for terrorists.

Private bounty hunters and mercenaries began arriving in Afghanistan after the U.S. government posted a $25 million US bounty on al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden.

The Americans and four Afghans who were detained along with them "formed a group and pretended they were fighting terrorism," Interior Minister Ali Ahmad Jalali said. "They arrested eight people from across Kabul and put them in their jail."

As you can see Idema is a much better person than the security risk Sandy Berger. Paula Zahn said so. grrrrrrrr

5. Zahn is a Poppy Bush operative.
Does anyone HONESTLY believe that Bush's act of ditching his airplane and killing his crew could be turned into a one hour PraiseBushathon by anyone other than a BFEE media operative?

Bush Senior:
Hating Saddam, Selling Him Weapons
by Kurt Nimmo

In an interview with CNN's Paula Zahn, former president George Bush spoke recently of his "hatred" of Saddam Hussein. "I hate Saddam Hussein," said Bush."I don't hate a lot of people. I don't hate easily, but I think he's, as I say, his word is no good and he's a brute. He's used poison gas on his own people. So, there's nothing redeeming about this man."

The former president claims to hate Saddam simply because he is "no good" and a "brute." Zahn does not bother to probe deeper. Paula Zahn's ratings are dismal these days. Her former boss over at FOX News said, "a dead raccoon could get higher ratings." The Bush interview, obviously, is good for Zahn's floundering career. As such, we shouldn't expect Zahn to push Bush Senior on the particulars of his hatred. Not these days, anyway, when the corporate media essentially plays second fiddle for the government.
