After weeks of incorrectly suggesting that Kerry doesn't have a plan for the country, the press this week has started realizing - hey, Bush has not articulated any vision for his possible 2nd term except -vote for me, I am decisive, and I will fight war on terror.
Also more recently, the press has recognized that Bush has gone negative on Kerry, and not offered any ideas about his own possible 2nd administration.
Even Laura Ingraham yesterday on her radio show expressed concern that Bush and Cheney are hitting Kerry hard, and that they should not be doing this so much (she says they need surrogates to do it - funny, no one is apparently volunteering).
Bush's camp is feeling the heat. No ideas, too much negative campaigning. While campaigning yesterday in Iowa, Bush told the crowd:
''You're probably here thinking I'm going to spend most of the time attacking my opponent," Bush told the crowd. ''I've got too much good to talk about."
"he president contended that a second Bush term in the White House would extend programs of tax relief, changes in health care, and education reform enacted in the past four years."
