of the many witnesses he spoke to back up the claim. Allawi denies it, but some say Allawi did it to show the Iraqi people that he is tough like Saddam and hoped that the Iraqi people would respect his toughness.

8. Anderson Cooper interviewed the

Australian journalist who interviewed 2 witnesses independently and believed the story to be true. He said 1 of the witnesses he found by chance and felt their info was credible due to body language, face to face instinct, etc. This is a well respected, award winning journalist who does not believe he was being set up as suggested by the corp. owned CNN.

They are trying to spin that this was a rumor, not factual, made up to intimidate the "insurgents" and would give Prime Minister Iyad Allawi a "reputation" for not putting up with "terrorists".
